The neighbourhood of Notting Hill in Orleans, an east end suburb of Ottawa, started being developed in the mid 2000s with three main builders, Richcraft, Cardel and EQ Homes. There's a variety of homes, mostly focused on single detached homes, bungalows and townhomes. There's also a four storey condo building located on Potts private which has mostly older occupants. The nieghbourhood is very family friendly, with some parks and close by amenities.
